Shipping:

Canadian & US Shipments

*We offer free shipping within Canada and the US using Canada Post Ground Shipping on regular priced purchases of $150 or more. Free shipping does NOT apply to sale items or when using a coupon code. When checking out, please select your preferred shipping method. We always ship out items same day or next day. Please allow extra time if you place your order on the weekend as orders placed after 5 pm PST on Friday will be shipped out the following Monday. If you have any special shipping instructions and do not see your preferred method available when checking out, please contact us before placing your order, and we can arrange accordingly. Shipping to hawaii can result in a slightly longer shipping time. Usually around 10-12 business days.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

International Shipments

We will always ship anywhere in North America. We can also ship to any other country but extra shipping charges may apply. We will send you an email if extra charges may apply and you can decide if you would like to pay these shipping charges before we process your order.

All international orders are subject to additional security verifications such as proof of address or proof of credit card. This is solely for your protection and security purposes.

Please keep in mind that certain countries may apply taxes and duties at the border which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All taxes and or duties incurred at customs are not the responsibility of Charlie & Lee.

Exchanges:

We allow exchange within 7 days of purchase in the store on regular priced items. We do not offer exchanges on sale items.

If you have ordered online and would like to exchange, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the package via email. Charlie & Lee does not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges, and any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card according to your preferred shipping method. We do not offer exchanges on sale items. Sale merchandise, underwear, jewelry, swimwear, beauty, music, video, and books are final sale.

Packages sent COD may be denied or the charges will be applied to your exchange order.

The item being returned must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. We must be able to sell the item so please be careful when trying on regarding makeup and deodorant rubbing off on the garment or perfume. Please also use care when handling delicate fabric and zippers.

All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are undamaged, but if you notice any damage please contact us right away.

Returns:

We do not allow returns if purchased in the store.

If you have ordered online and would like to return your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the package via email or phone. Charlie & Lee does not assume any shipping costs or duties on returns, and any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card according to your preferred shipping method.
